Introduction

Our group always pays attention to enterprise management. Since early days of eight, the activity of TQC (total quality control) has been spread in our company. In 1990 we gained the prize of quality control of Mechanical Industry Department. In October of 1999, we received the ISO9001 certificate, and during these times we developed the activity of efficiency double increased and virescence working procedure and "5S" successively. In August of 2002, we cooperated with Abrain Management Consultation to introduce Fengtian Precision Management into our corporation and implement the certification of ISO/TS16949.
